Hi everyone! Obviously, I haven't posted to TWBC in quite some time. This blog of mine started off as a way for me to write about topics I was interested in - cooking, home decor, sometimes fashion. It definitely leaned towards cooking, especially baking, as time went on. However, somewhere along the way, I realized I needed to start eating (and therefore cooking) more healthy meals. Not only that, but if I really wanted to get healthy, I had to start moving too.
To make a long story short, I have developed a passion for healthy eating and, if you can believe it, running. I was so tired of feeling unhealthy, uncomfortable with my body, and lethargic. Something had to change. I had to change! And I have. Actually, I have a long road ahead of me, but I'm on it now.
